The Director of the Female branch of the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh Dr. Hanan Al-Ahmadi has included Developing Communication Skills in Dialogue as a part of the Institute's plan for next semester. This program targets employees and trainees in preparatory year program, and comes after preparing certified trainers in spreading the culture of dialogue who received their training in KACND from the 16th to 23rd of January, 2010. The training of certified trainers covered the training package " Developing Communication Skills in Dialogue" and some theoretical training insights. After that, the trainees practiced some field application and received feedback on their performances. The Assistant Secretary General, Mrs. Wafa Al-Tuwaijri, has valued the efforts of IPA in the field of training and views the IPA's commitment to developing Saudi Society's communication skills. Al-Tuwaijri noted that this program comes as a living proof of the cooperation between King AbdulAziz Center for National Dialogue and the Institute as KACND employees have enrolled in 26 programs in the Institute during the last two years.
